Chase's surgery

Chase broke his leg by jumping up to get a toy and when he landed it broke the bone and sent a spiral fracture down his leg. To have his leg surgically repaired cost about $5,000 and I just can't afford it. The alternative is to have his leg amputated which would cost around $2,000. He's only 2 years old and he is my children's and my best friend and part of our family. I couldn't ask for a better dog for my family. If you can help it would be greatly appreciated.
