CAT KEPT FROM DEATH NEEDS TREATMENT

Charlotte (formerly known as Opal) is a 10+ year old cat whose owner died.  Police found her in the house with the body.  She was emaciated (more about her situation is at this link:  http://nyccats.urgentpodr.org/opal-7991-aka-a1127136/ ). Charlotte was scheduled to be euthanized by NYC animal control on October 9, 2017 but I saved her just hours before she was scheduled to die because I don't think she deserved to suffer so much trauma and then be killed.  Charlotte has been treated for her issues but she also has hyperthyroidism.  This is curable in 98% of cats by using radioactive iodine treatment.  Charlotte needs this treatment to return to a state of good health, but it costs approximately $1400.00 which I cannot afford at the moment.  Please help me give Charlotte a healthy senior life!!!
