Charlies Top Surgery (FTM)

My name is Charlie Werner and I am FTM trans.

I'm trying to rais money for my top surgery. The money will go towards hospital stay, surgery and other necessary stuff needed. 

The reason I'm doing this is that I no longer can take this, I need top surgery really badly! My health and my Mind need this to be done. I want hormones as well, but, top surgery is my number one thing on the list right now because I know, if this happens I will be forever happy and no longer in such horrible pain. Simply said it's for my Physical and Mental Health.
