Charlie was in a fire with his herd in Milpitas, CA on May 25, 2017. He was the most critical of the babies. On the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend we drove to San Jose to pick him up and bring him to UC Davis. He has been there ever since. We document his story on our Facebook page: Love Creek Sanctuary.
