Charliees battle with LYME DISEASE

Hello, our names are Christine Carstens and Dustin Traxler.  Our daughter Charliee Traxler (age 23 months) was bit by a tick on August 31st 2016, the day I gave birth to my son. She was tested positive for LYME disease. This past year has been so tough on her, she has experienced horrible symptoms every month and and if not treated properly it could become a life long sentence of suffering. As Charliee has been on many medicines for the last nine months we have decided that we would like to take her to the best pediatric Lyme specialist in the USA, his name is DR. Charles Ray Jones, based out of Connecticut, he has treated 15,000 children. Dr. Jones is also very costly and all the testing is very costly. We would love the best for our daughter as only one of us in the household is currently working at this time.
For those who don't know, Lyme disease can attack anything from your joints , your heart and your nervous system causing irreparable damage, a irreversible harm and a lifelong sentence of suffering if not treated properly.
We were able to make Charliee an appointment being on May 30th which is two weeks. We are cutting it close but that's the earliest we could get her in and they wanted to see her as soon as possible due to her age so it couldn't grow any further. The cost for the first visit is $1500, every follow up appointment is $550, not including additional fees with testing and the flights getting there plus the costs of antibiotics, as Lyme is not covered by insurance.
