Charlie Walpole Esophageal Cancer Help

Donation protected
After a routine doctor exam, colonoscopy & endoscopy my wonderful hard working husband was diagnosed with stage 2 esophageal Cancer in May of 2019. Our life had changed in an instant after receiving the news. I don't know how people with Cancer are expected to fight knowing that every doctor visit, test, follow up visit, MRI, Cat scan, lab work, days off of work for all of these test and then more follow up visits and then Also having to pay to park at each one of these,,,the dollar amount is unreal and the bank account has dwindled.  Our savings has gone towards co-pays, medications, His First surgery he had in June and Now his Second Major Surgery yesterday July 3rd. 2019 here at St. Lukes Hospital surrounded by Many Relatives & Friends and myself his wife of 25 years Donna Walpole.  The surgery was 7 hours long which the doctors removed 80% of his esophagus and 20% of his stomach, then stretched the remaining part of his stomach up to make him a new esophagus. They put in a feeding tube and drainage tube. Charlie will spend the first week in Intensive Care and 3 to 4 weeks in the hospital. Our main concern is his health and making a full recovery. We are praying the biopsy report comes back that they were able to remove all the Cancer. If not he will undergo Chemo & Radiation treatments. Charlie does NOT have any emergency or disability insurance to pay while he is off work.  His vacation days will NOT cover his time off work. Without a Pay Check we Cannot meet his needs much less my Diabetes needs.
