Help save Charlie's Life please

We need some help to save our guy Charlie.We just don't have enough resources to pay for all his medical needs. He became extremely lethargic early this morning so we rushed him to the emergency vet. (he couldn't even  lift his head)He was close to death.  His potassium levels were 10 + ,which was astronomical. The vet told us that he didn't know how he was still alive.He has a  horrible bladder blockage, kidney issues and needs a bladder operation plus the costs of his stay. We will do whatever possible to save this guy.  We are animal lovers and we work to be responsible pet owners.We've already exhausted every dime of our savings for  the down payment for our first home. We could never let him die due to money. But this is what is coming down to. He's been in the ER for less than 12 hours, and he isn't stable enough to move to a regular vet just yet. Anything you may be able to give will help beyond belief. Charlie is a good 5 year old young boy that could still be around for 10 or more years.   Every dollar counts and helps us tremendously. We thank you and Charlie  will thank you also.
