The Urban League of Westchester, Inc. (ULW) is a nonprofit civil rights organization committed to fostering economic opportunity, educational advancement, and social equity for residents of Westchester County. Through community-informed programs, partnerships, and advocacy, ULW promotes self-sufficiency, upward mobility, and inclusive civic participation. We support individuals and families, particularly in historically under-resourced communities by providing services that improve academic outcomes, workforce readiness, financial stability, and holistic well-being. Serving all 48 municipalities in the county, ULW works collaboratively to empower people across generations to achieve their fullest potential and contribute to vibrant, thriving communities.
