United Way of Northeast Georgia

For over 64 years, United Way of Northeast Georgia has believed in the power of community. When we all work together, we have the power to bring real, positive, and sustainable change to people’s lives. Whether it’s through our own initiatives, such as Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library or the 2-1-1 Health and Human Services Hotline, or through our partnership with 26 local organizations, we know that by working together, we can create the community that we all deserve.

UWNEGA fights for the education, financial stability, and healthy lifestyle of every man, woman, and child in the counties of Barrow, Banks, Clarke, Elbert, Franklin, Greene, Hart, Jackson, Madison, Morgan, Oconee, and Oglethorpe. Last year, thanks to donations from our community, more than 157,000 individuals and families received help. On their behalf, thank you. You have made our community a better place to live.
