KauaI North Shore Lions Foundation

The Kauai North Shore Lion's Club raises money every year to provide academic scholarships to deserving North Shore students so that they can further their educational goals. Scholarships in various amounts are awarded based on financial need, academic performance, leadership and community service. In 2024 the North Shore Lion's Foundation awarded $53,000, to 29 worthy students, with the generous help of a local family foundation matching our fundraising efforts up to $20,000 to help students with their necessary tuition.  For 2025 we are trying to exceed our goal of $50,000 with the same matching assistance again this year.  

We are holding our annual fundraiser golf tournament again this year at the Princeville Makai Golf Course on Saturday, January 11, 2025. Hopefully, you can attend this annual event, but if not, and you would like to donate some money to our scholarship fundraiser, you can easily do so from this site. Our goal is to receive an additional $5,000 by January 10, 2025, so that we may provide even more help to the many deserving students on the North Shore.

We know this is a difficult time for many of our friends and neighbors, but if you can support our program, we hope you will consider a contribution of any amount.  The time is NOW to make a difference in the lives of these deserving youngsters.
