Rebuild Concetta's Parklet
Parklets are being built around downtown to help businesses survive coronavirus times when outdoor dining is deemed safer. This particular parklet was designed, funded and built by Brad Hawn, Hawn Engineering, and volunteers from Redeemer Church, all out of care for our small business owner community who feed us all and are the heart of our downtown.
Concetta has been a downtown staple for decades now, and their chefs, servers and owner Paul Tremayne represent the downtown family heart to so many across the region. During this time, they need us.
We would love to see Concetta and their parklet get through this rough time and to the flip side, when a parklet isn't there merely for business survival, but there for what parklets are traditionally know for: being a fabulous amenity, adding to the downtown experience, filled with lights, greenery, the sound of clinking wine glasses, happy chatter and neighborly laughter.
Please consider a financial contribution to the rebuilding and repair of Concetta's parklet here. For volunteer building work, please email [email redacted]
