Quarantine Half Marathon
Welcome to the first (and hopefully last) Quarantine Half Marathon! I'm hoping we can use this time productively to stay active and to do some good for people that need help.
I'm asking for a nominal "race entry fee" of $13.10 for each participant. Of course, feel free to donate more if you feel called to do so!
ABOUT: Matthews Free Medical Clinic provides free quality healthcare to low income, uninsured patients in Mecklenburg and Union Counties.
NEED: With many people losing their jobs during the COVID-19 crisis, request for services will increase. The clinic will need financial support to expand its services and meet the needs of its community.
