You can make a difference by donating to The Junior League of Norman (JLN) today.
Little Black Dress Initiative (LBDI) is a week-long, social media-driven fundraising campaign that uses the iconic Little Black Dress to raise awareness about poverty and its effects on society. Participants wear one little black dress for five consecutive days to illustrate poverty’s effects on access to resources, confidence, and opportunities. Advocates are encouraged to harness the power of their social networks to increase awareness of the needs of our community and JLN's flagship programs: Baby Steps, Food for Kids, and Done in a Day. Please join us for our third annual campaign and help us meet our goal to raise $24,000 in 2022!
The Junior League of Norman helps to reduce obstacles and increase opportunities for vulnerable children and youth in Norman. The JLN supports over 300 food-insecure children during the school year with our Food for Kids program, and the JLN also supports seven babies and eight parents through the Baby Steps program.
The Junior League of Norman is an organization of women committed to promoting volunteerism, developing the potential of women, and improving the community through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. Its purpose is exclusively educational and charitable.
