More information about Heart Reach Carmel Inc (Heart Reach Carmel): The mission of Bolt for the Heart is to serve the community, particularly those affected by heart disease, through education, financial s and direct assistance. Through sponsored events, such as a family run and automobile show, funding is obtained which allows us to purchase automated external defibrillators and donate these AEDs to first responders and other non-profit organizations. Having an AED has been proven to reduce the risk of death from sudden cardiac arrest.
