Fundacion Vivir En Plenitud strives to instill hope, promote health, and offer companionship to patients grappling with chronic and advanced illnesses, often deemed by medical prognosis to have only a few months to live. We derive our resources from the community and generous donations. Our primary objective is to elevate the well-being and furnish crucial assistance to individuals confronting medical challenges that surpass the coverage provided by conventional insurance. Witnessing the struggles of many Latino patients and their families, who lacked proper support due to limitations in their insurance coverage, prompted our community-driven initiative to extend help.
