Urgent Restoration Needs
Your tax-deductible donation will help fund critical restoration efforts, including:
Repairing Rotted Exterior Trim – $15,000
Decades of exposure have damaged the exterior trim, requiring specialized restoration to prevent further deterioration.
Repainting the Exterior – $11,000
A fresh coat of historically accurate paint will help protect the structure and maintain its authenticity.
Replacing the Shake Roof – $19,000 (estimated)
The home’s historic split oak shingled roof needs replacement to prevent leaks and long-term structural damage.
Grading & Installing a Small Gravel Parking Area – $5,000
To make The Hollow more accessible to visitors, we need to install a modest parking area while preserving the landscape’s historic character.
