Friends of Gilmer Animal Shelter, Inc. (FOGAS) is a Georgia, non-profit, tax exempt, 501(C)3, all volunteer organization. The purpose of the organization is to raise funds to promote resources and services to save the lives of dogs and cats brought to this county shelter. FOGAS provides this through memberships, donation s and fund raising activities.
We also provide low cost spay/neuter certificates to local county residents in need to use at pre-approved local veterinarian facilities.
