Endeavor Therapeutic Horsemanship, Inc.

This summer I will be biking across the United States. I will use my trip to raise money for Endeavor Therapeutic Horsemanship, where I have been volunteering for the past year. The therapeutic benefits from horseback riding can include physical, cognitive, emotional and social improvements. Endeavor creates a nurturing environment where kids can develop a special bond with horses and trainers, learn social skills, and gain trust in themselves. I have been riding horses since I was six years old, and it has always been a passion of mine that meant more than winning ribbons. I have experienced the strength, passion, and commitment necessary to work with horses, and volunteering at Endeavor has allowed me to translate my love for horses into the joy of watching children grow and gain skills through equine therapy.


Donating to the Emily Rides for Endeavor fund will help inspire children with a wide range of emotional, cognitive and physical needs. 


l will ride over 3,000 miles, so donating a penny per mile will provide $30 to help the Endeavor program to run smoothly. Even donating $10 will make a difference and will be so meaningful for me and for the many kids who are empowered by Endeavor.


Here are some suggestions for others ways that your support could help the kids who are a part of the Endeavor community:

I will ride an average of 85 miles per day for six weeks, making my way through the southern route of the U.S. from South Carolina to California. I hope that you will sponsor my ride!
