The East Cleveland Growth Association strives to help build a solid and sustainable tax base in East Cleveland by stimulating the movement of money within the city limits through new and renovated commercial and residential development, new business development, and commerce. ECGA wants to "Move The Mindset" of the community and change the way people strive to live in East Cleveland. We are not a social service organization we are an economic engine. We want to turn East Cleveland back into a community that can sustain itself, and provide it's residence with a "middle-class", or better, lifestyle. The residents of East Cleveland deserve to have a community where they can work, play, and live.
