Dorcas Destiny International provides tangible, physical, financial, academic/educational, health/hygiene, and human resources to support (approximately 693) children and (nearly 80) women in Kenya East Africa." The children in Nairobi are located in slums and areas of high poverty (Baba Dogo, Embakasi Tassia, Soweto). The children at Motivated By Love King's Academy are orphans, being raised by widows, or by poor peasant farmers. Our programs include: child sponsorship, school lunches/meals, crisis support, emergency medical intervention, and social work. We also provide educational opportunities, workshops, and more to adults during our regular visits to the country. Our overall goal is to provide support and assistance to raise the economic profile of the people in the village.
