Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater New Haven

This October 14th I will be running the Hartford Marathon (my first marathon!) on behalf of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater New Haven, an amazing nonprofit organization that provides safe and educational after-school and summer camp opportunities to over 1,600 kids in New Haven County.

I've been involved with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater New Haven for over four years on their Board of Directors and currently as Vice President. The Club has grown by leaps and bounds over that time expanding its educational programming while also growing the number of kids served each year. The services the Club provides not only helps children learn and grow but also provides trusted and needed help to the working families who would otherwise struggle to find a safe place for their kids to go, play, and do their homework while parents are at work.

My goal is to raise $1 for each kid the Club serves. UPDATE: The goal is now $2 for each kid the Club serves! UPDATE: The goal is now $3 for each kid the Club serves! The money raised will go directly to funding the Club so they can continue to provide their services to even more kids in need. Your donation of any amount will help us reach this goal!
