Charity Climb: Babati Link Projects
Donation protected
On the Monday of 25th and Tuesday 26th June, I, amongst many other students at King edward Five Ways, will attempt to climb the height of Olympus Mons (the highest mountain on any planet in our solar system at 27 km high. It is expected we will take around 30 hours with qualified school staff to complete this feat.
Over the last ten years the School has developed an impressive and wide-ranging international programme involving staff and students in a variety of activities, quite literally now on “Five Continents”.
One of these include our links with the Babati Project in Tanzania, where extracurricular and enrichment activities provide additional opportunities to develop the skills, attitudes and ethics that will ensure a successful adulthood in our multicultural, global society.
You support is highly appreciated in helping the disadvantaged youngsters get what they need the most: guidance!
