Donate to Center Stage Theatre Co.

We are the Center Stage Theatre Company of West Newbury, Massachusetts. We are a small not-for-profit and student-run organization that seeks to provide our community with opportunities to participate in amateur but high-quality productions, either as performers or as backstage helpers. We also aim to provide healthy, safe, and fun environments for the casts and crews we work with, a rare commodity in the world of theatre.

Three students run the operations: Justin Peavey of Suffolk University, Josef Allen of the University of Rhode Island, and Nathan Joyall of Northern Essex Community College, all with an extensive background in theatre and a passion for the arts.


In the last two years since opening, we have produced seven shows: Legally Blonde, William Shakespeare's Julius Caesar, The Zoo Story by Edward Albee, Bye Bye Birdie, The Addams Family, and our annual cabaret Bringing Back Broadway.

We are working very hard to build our organization and produce shows with bigger budgets and bigger audiences to further accomplish our mission of bringing accessible theatre to this community. We hope donations from you will help us achieve this.
