Who We Are
We’re CELL R6, a new Utah based film company . We’ve worked on various movies, commercials, short films, and music videos, as well as experimental theatre with companies like Frantic Assembly. But we believe it’s all been building to this.
Most people assume that a good film cost millions of dollars to produce. In most cases, they’d be right. But what if we could cut the cost of filmmaking in half? Not just once, or even twice, but almost SEVEN times?
We’re confident that we can make a 2,000,000 dollar movie for 10,000 dollars. It sounds impossible, but in actuality, we can do it quite simply.
Here’s how:
1) An Unbreakable Story
Telling a raw, powerhouse story for people to chew on has truly become a lost art. Well, we found it, and we know exactly how to tell it.
Title: “Like Clockwork”

It’s a modern Bonnie and Clyde thriller about a charming anarchist gang that insists creating a public fear of the unknown will help them go down in history as a great social conqueror.
Things aren’t necessarily pretty, but it’s an exciting story. It’s about good people that get lost in ambition, spite, and really, really awesome clothes.
We wish we could tell you more, but we can’t. At least not right now.
We have a lot of faith in this story. Many people do, and as filmmakers and experienced storytellers, we’re going to make sure this gets done right.
2) The Ultimate Team
CELL R6 is essentially a heist of filmmakers. We’ve got ten highly skilled writers, editors, and technicians that are looking to make a great movie, just to do it. Our cast and crew members are paid solely by the quality of the product.
We own a ton of professional equipment and software, so that’s also not one of our expenses. This movie will also be shot in Utah, so have no travel or hotel costs for our crew.
CELL R6 also has a music department where we’ll be creating an original soundtrack for the movie, so the cost of music licensing doesn’t exist for us.
If our resources are applied to the $400,000 budget of Napoleon Dynamite (which made $46 mil. at the box office), we bring their costs down to $10,996.
That’s a multi-million dollar franchise created for 2.7% of the original price. That’s what we have to offer.
Time Frame
This is happening fast. Production begins on June 4, so there’s not a lot of time for us to take all of your money. If this looks like a company you’d like to see grow, or a movie you’d like to see in the theaters, please consider dropping any donation into our funds.
