Celebrating the Life of Reid Barney

It is with the heaviest of hearts that we mourn the loss of a dear son, brother, uncle, father, Eternal companion, devoted and loving husband Reid Barney. He passed away unexpectedly the evening of September 6th while on a Boy Scout hike/camp out. He had just celebrated his 44th birthday in August. This was very unexpected as his health seemed to be very good. It is thought that he may have had a heart attack but results are pending. His sweet wife of 18 years is heartbroken, as are his five sons.
It is our hope and prayer that through the Atonement of our Savior Jesus Christ they will quickly feel peace and comfort during this terrible time. It is our wish to lighten their extreme load by offsetting the expense of funeral and burial services. The Barneys are blessed to be surrounded by dear family and loved ones. Arrangements have not been made yet. This account is set up for those who wish to help and are not able to be present.  Thank you for all the support and love they have already received.
