Celebrating the life of Red

Leslie “Red” Banks went to the hospital after being recently released due to further complications in less than 24 hours, at the time of arrival he was in good spirits, laughing and joking with staff as they gathered information and began to further assess him, not even the doctors would know what would happen next. As he sat waiting in the room for doctors to return, with his wife at his side, Red began to have a seizure, his wife called medical staff into the room, Red stopped breathing and the staff began to work on him until they had to stop! Red took has last breath on Friday, July 20, 2018! He leaves to mourn a loving wife, mother, children, grandchildren, siblings, and a host of family and friends! This unexpected tragedy  is a great loss to us all as Red has touched so many hearts with his kind heart, his humor, and his beautiful smile! He loved playing with his band members, and held a special place in his heart for them as he always talked about them and invited everyone he came in contact with out to listen to them play! The family is asking for donations as we come together to lay Red to rest! Any amount is appreciated, no amount is too small!
