Ceili in the Black

$360 of $1,200 goal

Raised by 9 people in 1 month
The Lincoln Irish Dancers (LID) has thrown a traditional Irish dance party for the community each year since 1997. All are welcome! No prior dance experience is necessary. We need YOU to help keep this event vibrant. Our goal: to keep the annual ceili authentic, accessible and sustainable.
Organizers have cut expenses and arranged for a less expensive venue. In addition, we are asking for a financial investment from members, friends and alumni. The goal is to raise funds to cover the expenses of Ceili 2019 and have seed money for 2020. All money generated by admissions will provide funds dedicated to future ceili expenses. This will give LID a monetary advantage the group has never enjoyed before.
We’ve long been told by Ireland natives how authentic our ceili feels. There is no one else in Lincoln, Nebraska providing this cultural experience. Together, we can do this! Know that your donation of any size will dance us closer to Ceili in the Black. Demonstrate your support for LID’s contribution to quality Celtic life in Lincoln by pitching in by December 15, 2018.

“Go raibh maith agat!” May goodness be yours!
