Trying to Live a Normal Life!

On the surface, I would “appear” to be a normal human being who loves to fish and be outdoors, but behind any smile is a tortured soul who has been dealing with severe and debilitating depression, anxiety and suicidal thoughts. Over the last three years, I’ve been admitted to psychiatric hospitals five times, had numerous visits to the ER for anxiety related ailments and have been through a total of 17 different prescription medicine combinations. All of this has taken a toll mentally, physically and financially. It’s cost me three years of my life so far, lost friendships and seriously impaired my ability to hold down steady employment. I have insurance, but with all the co-pays and different costs associated with my condition, the bills have started to pile up. Right now, I’m on four different medications and have some good days, but I still struggle. I continue to fight because I know that life is worth living and I have twin sons who need their dad. Any help with this fight is appreciated as I still have to have regular psychiatric appointments and medicine adjustments as needed. I’m trying to live as normal a life as possible, but it’s certainly a struggle.  Any and all funds will be strictly used to help cover medical expenses!
