This Go Fund me collection will go directly to a close friend of ours (a mother and child) in the Fairfield Community and the funds collected are being used for emergency home, medical and auto repair. Funds have partially been distributed directly to the contractor and remaining funds will be paid directly to healthcare and insurance providers.
The funds collected will be deposited into a personal checking account (not the beneficiary) and the distribution will be managed by Mindy, Didi and Nancy.
In order to protect the privacy of our friend, we have decided not to post names in this campaign. In the interest of total transparency, anyone wanting additional information/confirmation of distribution of funds, should reach out to Mindy, Didi or Nancy.

I woke up this morning to a chilly 23 degrees and immediately my thoughts turned to a good friend and her child that are currently without heat in their home. Together with a group of other mom’s we have decided to put up a gofundme page to try and get this friend back on her feet. Times have been very hard on her and her underage child since her husband passed away. He was a police officer and beloved member of our community. It would be amazing if we could get this very special duo back on their feet and able to stay in their home through the holidays.
If you have any questions, please reach out to me directly. All funds raised will go towards the replacement of their gas boiler and anything left over to help make the holidays a little easier for them.
For the privacy/protection of this underage child, we are choosing to leave the name of this family private. Thank you for your generosity and for keeping them in your prayers. It would be wonderful if we could make a miracle happen for this family in time for Christmas.
