Sadly, This Campaign Has Ended


This campaign has ended.
I am absolutely devastated and sad to report that sweet Peter did not survive the serious E.Coli bacterial infection from which he was suffering. Sadly, Peter went to be with the Lord and all of his furry friends beyond the rainbow bridge this morning. He is finally comfortable and is no longer in pain.
On behalf of Leanne and Charles, I would like to say thank you. Thank you for the prayers and well wishes for Peter, Leanne and Charles.
And thank you for the generous donations you gave to help ease the burden of this wonderful family seeing their cherished baby so critically ill and wondering how they could ever pay the very expensive upfront fees that are required by the vet hospitals.
I can't even tell you how many times I heard Leanne say, "I am so blessed to live in such a wonderful community." And this morning Charles told me, "I am speechless at all the kindness and generosity and love everybody has shown."
Thank you again, everyone, Thank you. You are what makes us all proud of the community we live in.
