Backpacking 90 miles on PCT!

Donation protected
Camp Jack Hazard—a camp that creates opportunity for kids to go to the Sierras and spend time amid the Jeffery Pines, granite domes, and alpine meadows—turns 90 this year!

In honor of this 90 year history, I want to do something to ensure the CJH tradition is available to future generations: I am going to hike 90 miles of the Pacific Crest Trail. And I need your help!

Will you consider donating $1 for every mile I hike?

If you support my adventure to raise money for Camp Jack Hazard, we can ensure more kids get to have a summer camp experience. At CJH, this means pushing kids to try harder, showing kids how to appreciate their surroundings, and encouraging genuine connection.

Right now, cabins are not full. I believe that if parents knew CJH was an available, affordable resource, cabins might be full again. Last year, CJH gave financial aid to 30% of campers. With your help, CJH will be able to increase financial aid to 60% of campers!

No doubt, this hike will be challenging. As Nature Director at CJH, I developed an interpretive, experiential nature program for hundreds of kids on my own. I overcame a CJH challenge once, and need your help to overcome another.

The money you donate will go directly to helping a camper attend CJH. If you cannot donate, please help me spread the word about an amazing camp.
