Help me get Top Surgery

I am a 23 year old, Irish, trans guy living in Ireland. I'm raising money to help me afford top surgery, which is a life-changing, gender affirming surgery that will relieve a great deal of my dysphoria.
Top surgery is a type of chest surgery. This is the reduction or removal of the female breast tissue to create a male-appearing chest. Depending on the original size, this surgery may be done through simple liposuction, minimally invasive keyhole incision, or double incision mastectomy, with or without nipple grafting.
My goal is to be able to save up enough money to be able to have my surgery with Dr. Lembas in Poland. My appointment is set to be in December, with half of the total cost reached already.
