Cat's Fight against Cervical Cancer

Hi. My name is Catherine Amizich. People call me Cat. I am fourth in an eight children family.
     My parents and family have been a great support to me during my fight against cervical cancer, but my parents are running out of their retirement money that they have used to pay my bills.
     Because of the cancer, I had surgery to remove it, but it had spread, so now I must start radiation and chemo therapies. I am faced with life or death choices, and it all becomes overwhelming and psychologically exhausting.
     I had to stop working, and now I have to move to the mainland for treatments, and it's going to cost $600 a month to continue my health insurance for at least six months.
     I will try to get a job as soon as possible, but am unsure how the radiation and chemo will affect my physical abilities to work in customer service.
     I have 30 days until my current insurance expires to get my insurance extended, but there is still the $2000 deductible that must be paid at the turn of the year.
     I will need to buy a car once I get to the mainland, and a good used car would be about $2000.
     I have reached the point in my cancer where it is life or death for me, so I am doing everything I can to live.
     I have been told that a person's attitude must remain positive. With the uncertainties of not having money to pay for my insurance or expenses, I fear I am not as positive as I should be.
     I would be so thankful to have the insurance and financial bills paid, so I can focus on fighting my cancer with a positive, kick-cancer's-butt attitude.
