Catalina's Transition | First Stage
Donation protected
My name is Catalina. I am a trans woman in my first stage of transitioning into the person I have always wanted to be.
It has been a very difficult journey for me, as I grew up in South America and trans women are not accepted by society.
I moved to Perth Australia six years ago and began cross dressing. I instantly felt more comfortable & accepted in the community. This encouraged me to start my transition.
Transitioning is a very expensive process and is not assisted by Medicare or Private Health Funds.
I have been working my hardest to save the money through my work as a hairdresser, but with bills, skin treatments & starting my Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) I have been struggling financially. This has made my dream seem further & further away.
Part of my transition includes scar removal. Growing up, I suffered badly with acne which scared my face & body. This treatment is a priority for me as I want to feel as feminine as possible. Itself, this is an expensive treatment to have, each section can cost more than a thousand dollars.
It has not been easy living 29 years in the wrong body, and the longer I leave this transition, the more complications can arise during surgery.
I will be very grateful with any donation given to help me through my stages of transitioning.
Thank you so much & please follow my journey <3
