Carter’s Army

After dozens of requests from those requesting to donate to our sons battle we decided this was the best way to make an impact. Carter Ballard (From MUSKOGEE) was born March 26th, 2019 at the Children's Hospital at OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City, OK. He is diagnosed with a rare congenital heart condition called Tetralogy of Fallot (TOF). Carter underwent his 1st open heart surgery at 9 days old with more to come. All money raised for #CartersArmy will be used to help lessen the cost of family and travel expenses.
