My youngest nephew, Carson Ceboll, died in a devastating car accident on Tuesday, December 4th – just over three years after his father passed unexpectedly in an equally terrible car accident. He leaves behind his mother, Jennifer Gore, and his brother, Marine Corp PFC Austyn Ceboll.
The average cost of a funeral is between $7,000 and $10,000 – not an unmanageable amount if you have 70 or 80 years to plan and save for your own eventual service. But no one is planning for or saving in expectation of losing a vibrant young man.
As you can imagine, friends and family are grieving right now, and the last thing we want the family to worry about in the midst of tragedy is finances. There has been a tremendous outpouring of supportive calls, texts and messages in these first few days – and so many folks have asked for us to let them know how they can help.
