Carlos Pagan was sadly taken from us on Aug 3, 2018 as an innocent victim to gun violence. Carlos had recently graduated from Roosevelt High School and was college-bound in a few weeks. He was known to be loving, silly, joyous and with a great sense of humor. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him but especially by his family.
