KRISTY HILL-WILLIAMS
It is with a heavy heart that I ask for donations and prayers for my younger sister Kristy. She has been diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of 49.
Both our mother and maternal grandmother had breast cancer. Our older sister had brain cancer and passed away at the age of 7. I led myself to believe that we were done with cancer in our family and would not be faced with it again in our lifetime.
I am so proud of my sister Kristy. She has been working to keep a positive and trusting outlook in understanding why this has unfolded before her. Kristy works with young women and has expressed she would like to mentor and walk them and others through her journey in a positive and healing light. I admire the lens she is looking through and believe she is held close in the arms of angels.
We are kindly asking for financial assistance for Kristy, as she has no other path to follow:
- Kristy is a single mom with three daughters.
- She is the sole provider for her children.
- She lives from paycheck to paycheck and will need substantial time off work.
- Both of our parents are deceased.
- Her insurance is Covered California/Obamacare which only covers 40% of labs tests, biopsies, MRI, genetic counseling /testing (BRACA Gene), surgery, reconstructive surgery and follow up visits.
Your kind donation will go towards Kristy’s medical expenses and insure her daughters are taken care of while she is in recovery and unable to work.
Kristy shared that she is looking forward to participating in the Breast Cancer Walk this summer as a Breast Cancer Survivor!
