Car for Lance to get to medical treatments

Last year Lance was diagnosed with stomach cancer. It was a devastating blow to him, his wife, and family.
Lance is a father to seven children (ages 3-25) and grandfather to two. He is the type of person that will do anything for anybody. He is also the type to not ask for help when he needs it.
His cancer could have been treated and his outlook better if he was diagnosed sooner, but since it wasn't the cancer is now terminal. He is doing every treatment that has been presented to him, as well as having his stomach and most of his esophagus removed in April.
The reason we are trying to raise money now is for him to get a reliable vehicle to get him back and forth from Maine to Boston. He will have to travel down to Boston about 3 times a week for these treatments. He is fighting to stay alive, so if you can help thank you in advance.
