Help Candise Study Abroad to France
Don protégé
Hello, my name is Candise Standley. I'm a first generation college student and I'm currently a junior attending Univ. of Memphis . My major is in Business Management with a minor in French. I'm trying to raise money to go to Grenoble, France and study abroad through the CEA program.
The program cost is 12,695. This cost covers medical insurance, airfare, materials for my classes, meals, personal and travel expenses.
This is truly one of my dreams I wish to accomplish with your help. I really want to do this program because I would like to become a translator and have been learning French for 9 years now.
As the first person to ever go to college in my family just going to college is a great privilege and I would love to go out of the country for the first time like other students and experience something most people aren't able to experience. As well as feeling that my career goal of being a translator isn't so out of reach like I thought it would be. I truly love French culture and other cultures as well and wold too make this a stepping stone in closing the language as a future translator. If you could donate any amount, it'd be greatly appreciated.
