Young husband and father of 3 with stage 3 Cancer

I am raising money because I am the sole provider for my family of 5 and I have just been diagnosed with colon cancer. I will be starting radiation, chemotherapy and surgery which will last between 4 and 8 months and I need help alleviating the costs that come with cancer treatment as well as the work that I will miss during this whole process. I have already had to miss so much work and unfortunately bills have started piling up. My situation is very urgent and the costs for chemotherapy, radiation and tests are very expensive. I am self employed so I do not have any company disability, I'm working with whatever the government will supplement. My family and I are in desperate need of some help. I just moved to AZ from PA with my wife and 3 kids ages 1, 14, and 15 and shockingly we have just received this news. My family is very dependent on me financially and emotionally especially my beautiful 1 year old daughter, and I am very afraid of letting them down or putting them through a hardship.
