Invitation to attend Kathleen's Celebration of Life
Dear Friends of Kathleen,
You are warmly invited to join family and friends for the Celebration of Life Memorial for Kathleen:
August 8th, 3pm, at the Beach Club Resort,
181 Beachside Drive, Parksville, BC.
We will share fond memories of her, show slides of her life, and enjoy refreshments.
The Beach Club Resort is the former Island Hall, where Maharishi gave two residence courses in the mid-60’s. The venue is appropriate—on the wall in Kathleen’s house is the well-known picture of him titled, ‘Maharishi on the Beach’ which was taken there during one of those courses.
It’s hard to say goodby to someone we loved so much, who was such a taken-for-granted part of our lives. This is our chance to express our appreciation and gratitude for someone whose shinning face and happy aura sweetened and enriched our being. The Celebration of Life will coincide with a special Vedic performance to support her transition, held from Aug 2 - 17, so our tributes will add yet more support: we’ll send Kathleen off on a tidal wave of love.
For Kathleen’s friends in Alberta, her family will hold a separate Celebration in Calgary, mid-August.
