Cancer free for Nova West

Donation protected
June 8th 2018, my husband and I were informed that our 4 year old son has an extremely rare form of cancer called Ewings Sarcoma. Since March I knew that there was something wrong with him, but I couldn't figure out what it was. When I wouhld pick him up from school he would be sleeping. He was running fevers, not eating and he didn't have any desire to be a little boy and play. He has a tumor on the left side of his back near his shoulder blade. Mercy hospital had Nova flown to UC Davis. UC Davis was on top of everything. He went in for surgery to get his Implanted Venous Catheter the day after diagnosis. He also has had a biopsy of his tumer and two bone marrow samples taken. He had a PET scan done as well just to confirm his diagnosis and to make sure that the cancer hadn't spread further due to the biopsies. Nova has been in and out of the hospital and he is undergoing treatments to shrink his tumor. He has a long journey ahead of him, we all do. Nova is a tough little guy and I have faith that everything will be ok. If you could help in any way it would be greatly appreciated. All support means a tremendous amount to us. We have his medical bills, traveling expenses and anything else his treatments requires. Thank you for taking your time to read this and please share if you can.
