Andrey is an extremely positive, open minded person who loves the life very much.
He is a devoted friend and it is a gift to have such people in life, as he inspires everyone around him. Skiing, modern dancing, yoga and psychology , hiking, are only a few of his hobbies as he is a very active and energetic person.
More than anything else, Andrey cares about his family and a 2-years old son whom he spends all his free time with, sharing his passion for life.
On the second day of this summer Andrey was diagnosed with a metastatic melanoma. He already had a first round of radiotherapy to cure brain tumors and this stage was successful! But this only the beginning on the long marathon of curing process.
The most promising treatment that the doctors prescribe on this stage (July 2018) is target and immuno-therapy: Zelboraf in combination with Cotellic that cost roughly 11 000 EUR per month.
The medical bills are going to be extensive during the upcoming months, and will totally exceed the income of the Ukrainian family.
Furthermore, once treatment starts, it should continue without interruptions for 4-6 months to ensure a successful recession and a chance to come back to his normal life.
This campaign is aimed to help Andrey and his family win the fight for life, despite such diagnosis, financial and bureaucratic barriers.
