Les membres de l'équipe canadienne sont invités à la quatorzième Olympiade de linguistique internationale (IOL) qui se tiendra à Dublin, en Irlande, du 31 juillet au 4 août 2017. L'IOL comprend un concours individuel à cinq problèmes et un concours d’équipe dans lequel chaque équipe travaille ensemble pour résoudre un problème de langue difficile et à grande échelle. L’IOL est passée de six pays au cours de l’année de sa fondation (en 2003) à 30 pays en 2016, lorsque le concours a eu lieu à Mysore, en Inde. Le Canada envoie une équipe anglophone à l'IOL depuis 2011. NACLO et OLCLO collectent actuellement des fonds pour le voyage des membres des équipes et communiqueront avec chaque membre ainsi que leurs parents au sujet des arrangements du voyage.

The Canadian team members are invited to the fourteenth International Linguistics Olympiad (IOL), to be held in Dublin, Ireland from July 31st to August 4th, 2017. The IOL consists of a six- hour, five-problem individual contest, and a team contest, in which each team works together to solve a difficult, large-scale language problem. The IOL has grown from six countries in its founding year (2003) to 30 countries in 2016, when the contest was held in Mysore, India. Canada has been sending an Anglophone team to the IOL since 2011. NACLO and OLCLO are currently raising funds for the trip and will contact team members and their parents about travel arrangements.
The 2017 Anglophone-Canadian team will consist of:

Gabriel Kammer (NY/Canadian citizenship)
Jane Li (BC)
