“Sky” David Tellman a pioneering founder of scuba diving in the beautiful island of Mindoro the Phillipines. He helped establish the now thriving dive industry at Sabang Beach. He had beeen enjoying an idyllic life with his wife and 5 year old daughter, until he discovered he was ill, suffering throat cancer.
Sky and and his family do not have medical insurance and are unable to pay for his mounting medical expense and chemo treatment.
Sky would not ever dream of asking for a hand out but as a long time friend of his I’m asking for your help any small donations, would be greatly appreciated to help Sky and his family during this tough time. All donations will go towards medical and hospital treatments. He is in desperate need.
I first met Sky Tellman in 1990 when I visited Sabang Beach in the Phillipines for a scuba diving trip. Sky runs South sea divers. He is a diving instructor. I have made regular trips to dive in the local area of Porto gulera. We have become very good friends throughout the years, and I hate to see him go through this truly awful time, and I feel obligated to help him and his wife and daughter.
The funds that are donated will be used to pay all invoices from his hospitalisation, chemo and radiation treatments, any remaining funds will be used to assist him and his family's living expenses at this time as he is unable to work to support them.
