Callie Storm Thorley is due December 23rd, but due to a CDH (Congenital Diaphrametic Hernia) she will be entering our world December 9th in Wake Forest. This condition is a hole in her diaphragm that has allowed her stomach to come up and develop next to her heart, causing her heart to move to the left and take up space to where her left lung is to develop.
This condition will require multiple surgeries and we are unsure of how long we will be in Wake Forest for procedures and recovery. I will be out of work for an undisclosed amount of time and as we know life and bills do not stop for anyone. Our first appointment is November 7th and we expect to begin making numerous trips there and back before we get to meet Callie.
Any and all donations to this cause will go to travel expenses, bills that we are unable to cover and all the other little things to keep our family as stress free as possible. Thank you all in advance for your prayers and support. We can not express the appreciation we have for everything donated.
