Andres Medical Transport&Care

Andres mother lives in Cleveland Ohio taking care of our 2 grand daughters. she is the conservitor of his affairs and has a rehab       facility in Cleveland that has accepted him. Andres was hit by a vehicle on 2/20/2014 walking across the street. we have been trying to get help to Medically transport him to further his rehabilitation in Cleveland where he can have the support of him mother.
