Hi guys, as some of you may already know and some of you may not, I was recently diagnosed with MMMT cervix/vaginal cancer, obviously utterly devastating, especially as I had come North for a quick ablation and heart check up. Although I did have womens intuition that something else was seriously going on!
The prognoses wasn't good, only 81 cases ever recorded!

survival rate LOW
but I'm determined to fight on and get back to my work with the Blanket Babes.
On June 4th I had a radical hysterectomy where a lemon size tumor was removed. Unfortunately the cancer has gone outside
the tumor area.
Last week I had my 3rd cardioversion to try regulate my heart rate enough to ready me for next treatments.
On July 25th I start external radiation 5 days a week for 6 weeks. Chemo and internal radiation are suggested after . But its my decision to do neither. I have researched many alternative options. I may follow up with Carbon 60 although the cost is prohibitive. I have also just received my medical marijuana card so am looking into CBD oils.
The costs are building up, travel, hotel and meds which is more scary than this damned cancer!! So I'm reaching out for help. I should have done it sooner but I guess my pride got in the way. But now I have to put that pride aside to those who are able to help. I truly appreciate you..
And YES I will fight this with all my strength and be one of the lucky few survivors. I love you all dear friends!
