New wheelchair and motor needed please!

Chrissy is from Malawi. She is a passionate advocate for employment for young people with disabilities. She graduated with a Master's degree in Public Policy and Governance from Harare. She is currently in the USA for a Mandela Washington Fellowship programme. She was one of 700 selected from a pool of 35000 who applied from across Africa!
Chrissy had a crash when she was 11 which put her in to a wheelchair. She has managed to carry on with her studies despite this, and despite having been in and out of hospital having serious pressure sores treated. Being wheelchair bound she has needed 2 major operations to treat pressure sores, and now desperately wants and needs a new wheelchair, to replace the very old and dilapidated one she currently has.
With the manually powered wheelchair she has, she needs someone to push her on hilly places as its difficult to get up on her own. This does not give her the freedom to go around the workplaces she needs to. There is only one suitable motor to do this called the MX2+ Smartdrive and they are EXPENSIVE!!!
